Refund policy

We know that you are completely satisfied with your purchases... and we always strive to make your experience with us comfortable and easy
at OPAL4ALL .. and if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your order.. it’s simple

Allowed period for exchange or return:
• Within 3 days of receiving the order
• After 3 days .. unfortunately we cannot accept any exchange or return request

Conditions for accepting exchange and return:

1. The item must not have been worn
2. It must be in its original condition at the time of receipt
3. It must be returned in the original box and packaging
4. Exclusions from exchange or return:
  D. Items that show signs of use or damage
  E. Customized items

Method for exchange and return:
Contact customer service and we will coordinate with the shipping company to collect the product from you
within 3 to 7 business days (depending on the country)

...after we receive the product and confirm its condition

you can exchange it for another item of your choice (if available) or the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days

Shipping costs:
• If the reason is our mistake or the product is defective .. we will cover the shipping costs
• If the reason is a change of mind or size.. the customer bears the shipping costs both ways

Important notes:
• If you receive a product that does not match the specifications.. please inform us within 24 hours with a picture showing the issue
